Mr. Moulton has over 30 years of corporate finance experience, the last 23 of which have been spent serving the airline and aerospace industry. Prior to joining ACA in 1990, Mr. Moulton was a Senior Vice President and head of the Bank of New England's loan production office in New York City and prior to that a Vice President at Morgan Guaranty Trust Company (now JPMorgan Chase Bank).

Since joining ACA, Mr. Moulton has been retained as financial advisor to manufacturing companies, financial institutions, labor unions, and the economic development authority of a large midwestern city to provide advice on all aspects of the commercial air transport industry. One of his areas of concentration is the operating leasing companies and their portfolio and customer mix, and he worked closely with one of the major airframe manufacturers to develop methodologies to determine aircraft values and optimal aircraft retirement profiles. He regularly provides industry reports for clients, discussing and analyzing the commercial aircraft market, its current status, and its prospects for the future, and he has been retained by financial institutions and by industry suppliers to evaluate the financial and operational viability of their airline customers. Mr. Moulton was financial advisor to an airline in the Caribbean and to one in Africa, assisting in the development of their financial plans and in sourcing outside capital to fund their expansion plans and aircraft acquisition programs.

He has been an expert witness in several proceedings, opining on the viability of airline business plans and on the industry environment in which the plans were being executed.

Mr. Moulton is on the Board of Directors of Great Lakes Aviation, Ltd.

Mr. Moulton has a BA from Yale University and served in the United States Marine Corps.
