Joseph W. Klinehamer
Mr. Klinehamer is a seasoned aerospace and defense executive with long experience in all aspects of the aircraft manufacturing supply chain. For over 35 years he has been successful in executing program management, product design, development, prototyping, and production for several major product lines. An extensive background in materials technology and key contacts at the major A&D primes position Mr. Klinehamer to solve problems at all levels of product assembly. He creates value by analyzing performance drivers and finding ways to increase performance while managing costs to achieve higher margins

Mr. Klinehamer brings expert operations analysis to the ACA Team, giving it the capability to help client companies to improve performance and become more effective suppliers and/or to better manage their supply chain. With both OEM and PMA experience, he can recommend and implement informed ways to lower operating costs while maintaining aerospace disciplines. He is also qualified to perform M&A assessments and to provide expert testimony in manufacturing or materials failure areas. Over his career, he has developed relationships and business practices that work on a worldwide basis.

Utilizing innovative business development ideas and processes, Mr. Klinehamer has founded three companies, served as CEO of two, served on the board of directors at two, and held numerous management positions in Fortune 100 and private companies. He is currently CEO of a nanotechnology company that delivers mission critical vision system components to U.S. military platforms, including the F22 and the Apache helicopter. He is also executive vice president of a sister company that is developing terahertz technology for airport security and battlefield vision systems.
