Edward L. Green
After a 22-year career in the United States Marine Corps Mr. Green joined Eastern Airlines as the Vice President, Sales and Services for their Northeast Division where he was responsible for managing 21 stations in the company's largest division with an operating budget of $155 million. Operationally, Mr. Green made significant improvements in performance and quality measures and reduced personnel expenses by 10%. He also assisted in the development of schedules, promotions, and advertising strategies for the Northeast Division.

Following his tenure at Eastern Airlines, Mr. Green became Vice President of Marketing for Ogden Allied Aviation Services, the largest provider of aviation support services in the world at that time. Mr. Green was responsible for developing marketing plans to redirect sales efforts into higher margin areas and was heavily involved in the development of the company's cargo service business unit.

Mr. Green joined USAfrica Airlines as its Senior Vice President, Airport Operations and Government Affairs. In this role, he was a key member of the team that received certification for the airline's international operations in a record setting four months. Additional responsibilities included development and implementation of domestic and international airport operations policies and procedures, station planning and management, budgeting, contract negotiations, and procurement.

Most recently, Mr. Green was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GlobeGround North America, a $300 million division of GlobeGround/Servisair, where he was responsible for operations at the 26 airports in the North American division.

Mr. Green received his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and earned a M.A. at Johns Hopkins University.
