Bebeth U. S. Steudel
Ms. Steudel has over a decade's experience in computer programming and web design. Her experience has focused on their use for testing and learning, as well as the promotion of product sales. She also has computer project management experience from her work with Pride Africa.

Ms. Steudel is an expert in the use of computers as a cost-effective means of training individuals. Her expertise is based on a background that combines knowledge of effective classroom pedagogy with the most advanced computer and web-based technology. This knowledge has been gained from projects for entities such as Sun Microsystems, the Farm Credit Administration, the Small Business Administration, and Airline Capital Associates, Inc. Ms. Steudel has also worked for Kinetic Books, a digital Software company that designs digital middle school mathematics and high school physics curriculum. This revolutionary approach to the teaching of both math and physics used both her content knowledge and educational pedagogy in the design of the "textbooks." In addition, she created educational software that was modeled after popular video games to stimulate the interest in the math and physics.

Ms. Steudel's class room experience includes teaching assignments at two of the nation's top independent schools, The Taft School and Lakeside School, where she taught in the Allen Gates Math and Computer Science Center. At those schools she led the computer science programs where she was responsible for designing their curriculum from introductory through Advance Placement levels.

Ms. Steudel has also employed her computer knowledge in the emerging markets while she was in the United States Peace Corps on assignment with Pride Africa in Kenya. Pride Africa, one of the oldest micro finance institutions in the region, had recently started a micro finance program for farmers using a $1 million grant from the Gates Foundation. Ms. Steudel managed the program for Pride Africa and the three external parties to the structure.

Ms. Steudel is an owner and founder of Mindful Interactive, a software development firm whose clients include World Vision, AARP, and Seattle Parks Department, and a senior advisor to ACA Associates, Inc an aviation consulting firm.

Ms. Steudel graduated from Princeton University with a B.S.E in Computer Science, holds a Masters in Teaching from Seattle University, and is certified to teach in Washington State.
