Bruce R. Nobles
Mr. Nobles is an accomplished aviation-turnaround specialist with a unique set of skills geared towards the start-up and restructuring of airlines. In 1986, after rising through the ranks at American Airlines, Republic Airways, and Pan Am, Mr. Nobles was hired to serve as the President and COO of the Pan Am Shuttle. He was brought on board to lead this wholly-owned subsidiary of the Pan Am Corporation and to inaugurate operations for this highly successful northeastern start-up.

Two years later, he was hired by New York developer Donald Trump to lead the acquisition of assets, development and launch of the Trump Shuttle. In his role as President and CEO, Mr. Nobles was responsible for gaining DOT and FAA approvals for the startup of this airline.

In 1991, he joined L'Express, Inc. as its President and CEO. He was hired by this regional airline after they entered a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy filing. During his tenure, Mr. Nobles developed a plan of reorganization, restructured the fleet, and improved the company's revenues.

From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Nobles served as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Hawaiian Airlines. He was recruited by the Board of Directors of this publicly traded, medium-sized airline to lead a comprehensive operational and financial restructuring and lead the company through a successful Chapter 11 Bankruptcy reorganization.

In December of 2000, Mr. Nobles was recruited to become President and CEO of Radiant Energy Corporation. He was charged with leading the company from its development stage to full commercial viability. The company has developed, markets, and sells a revolutionary, patented, infrared deicing system for use in the aviation industry.

In mid – 2002, Mr. Nobles was hired by Air Jamaica to serve as its President and COO. He led a comprehensive financial and operational restructuring of this privately held, national airline and subsequently improved the airline's operational performance, reduced expenses, and increased revenues.

Since his departure from Air Jamaica, Mr. Nobles has acted as a consultant for several aviation-related firms. Mr. Nobles holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and completed the Master's Program at California State University at Los Angeles.
